Now that you can sit, stand and walk with symmetrical loading through the knee, let's condition you to get in and out of a chair without faulty loading in the knee.
This video reviews a safe daily workout designed to condition you to pget in/out of a chair with symmetrical loading through the hips and knees. Your specific rehabilitation needs may require modifications to the strategies discussed. You should not perform this workout without a private telehealth or in-clinic coaching session to have a licensed rehabilitation specialist cross reference this workout with your specific needs. Perform this workout every morning to start the day with access to neutral spine alignment. Perform it every evening to reduce the amount of tension that builds up in your low back, hips and knees when sleeping.
